Jeff is President of Pinkerton & Laws, America’s leading hospitality contractor, with over 325 hotels completed or under construction. Jeff is in his 40th year with Pinkerton & Laws, where he has worked his way from Assistant Project Manager to President of the company. He has overseen more than 1.5 billion dollars in construction projects, including over 180 Hotels, 4 million square feet of retail, 3,000 multi-family units, and numerous other projects. He is a sought-after speaker and has served on many industry panels. Jeff’s service to the industry includes past President of Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia, former board member of the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia, and Advisory Board for the Georgia Southern University Construction Management School.

In the community, Jeff serves on the Circles Cobb board and is the Chair of Missions for the North Georgia Conference of the Global Methodist Church. He is the Executive Director of Beyond These Walls Mission Conference and serves on the Global Methodist Church Commission on Evangelism, Missions, and Church Planting. In addition, Jeff serves on the faculty for the International Leadership Institute in Nigeria and Central Europe and on the leadership team for the Wesleyan Mission Connection and the Africa Initiative. He was a founding member of the Wesleyan Covenant Association Global Council and served as chair of Global Connections. He is a certified facilitator for Cultural Intelligence (CQ), Dignity Serves, and Faith and Finances.
