Shelley Elder - Director

Shelley began her legal career working for large law firms. But after noticing clients being lost in the shuffle, she decided to go solo and serve that clientele. Having over 30 years of combined experience, the firm’s attorneys specialize in the fields of Probate, Guardianship, Estate Planning, and Real Estate.

In our community, Shelley performs volunteer work through such organizations as: Kennesaw Business Association, LiveSafe Resources, North Cobb Rotary, Acworth Arts Alliance, The Extension, Kennesaw State University, Cobb County Schools Foundation, Tommy Nobis, and Kennesaw Public Safety Foundation. In 2022, Shelley received the Cobb Community Foundation’s award for Philanthropist of the Year and in 2018, she was designated the Cobb County Person of the Year.

In 2019, Elder Law Firm was named a Top 25 Small Business of the Year and in 2017, the firm was awarded the Sam Olens Business Community Service Award for their steadfast commitment to serving our community.
