Todd Youngblood - Director

Todd Youngblood brings more than 40 years of experience as a sales and marketing executive and entrepreneur. After a distinguished career spanning leadership roles at IBM, IVANS, and multiple entrepreneurial ventures, Todd has shifted his focus to what he calls “paying his civic rent” through meaningful community service and nonprofit leadership.

Todd is the Founder and Producer of Willful Impact, an organization dedicated to energizing the community service ecosystem, advancing the arts, and supporting Metro Atlanta nonprofits—with all profits donated to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations. He also served for 12 years on the Board of the Georgia Symphony Orchestra, including three years as Board Chair, helping guide the organization through strategic growth and artistic excellence.

In addition, Todd has been a mentor with SCORE, providing guidance to entrepreneurs and small business owners across the country, and previously founded The YPS Group, where he spent more than two decades helping organizations increase sales effectiveness through Sales Process Engineering.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Brown University, where he was a four-year varsity football player. He brings a deep commitment to service, strategic insight, and community impact to his role on the board.
